Apple macOS users need to install Mobility Print driver from PaperCut in order to print to the Epson MFDs in College
Instructions
Step by step guide for installing College Epson MFDs
Your MUST be connected to QueensDomain in order to print to the College Office MFD
Open a web browser (eg Safari) and go to the following website - qc-vPaperCut01.queens.ox.ac.uk:9163/setup
Download the PaperCut Mobility Print install package
Once downloaded double click the setup file and follow the on-screen prompts by clicking Next.
You will be prompted for your Mac’s login password in order to complete the Mobility Print installer
Once the setup has finished you can go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and you will see that you have all the College’s MFDs installed
(College Office, Bursary, Old Members and FQ1A). Just delete the MFDs you do not need. The first time you send a document to print you will be prompted for your QueensDomain credentials; this is NOT your SSO, nor your Eduroam, nor your Mac’s password!
The QueensDomain credential prompt looks like this:
Do not forget to tick the “Remember this password in my keychain” checkbox - otherwise you will need to type this password in every time you want to print!
Once you have entered your correct QueensDomain credentials your document will print.
